Do most dogs like the taste?

Yes. PetJoy has a chicken liver taste, which most dogs are very fond of. Our most popular formula is a chew, that can be given as a treat.

Does my order require refrigeration?

PetJoy products are completely shelf stable and require no refrigeration.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending upon your location and what day of the week you ordered, (ie. Friday as opposed to a Monday), your package should arrive by ground transportation between 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request with a customer service representative.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You must call our office to obtain a return authorization number before returning any product. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used once we have received the returned product to our facility. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customers will receive a credit for the amount of purchase and a 10% disposal fee will apply. Due to safety regulations, this destruction fee applies to both opened and unopened products.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. We select the best carrier based on the shipping location and the quantity of product(s) ordered. Should you require/prefer your order to be shipped by a particular carrier, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Do PetJoy supplements have to be given with food?

PetJoy can be given at any time of day, with or without food. They can even be given as a treat, once daily. PetJoy products contain all-natural, human-grade (non-synthetic) ingredients that will not have any negative reactions with any medications your pet may be taking.

Are there any negative side effects?

PetJoy products are natural supplements made from the finest human-grade ingredients. They are guaranteed for purity, safety, and effectiveness. As with people, it is possible for pets to be sensitive to an ingredient in any food-based product. If your pet has a known food allergy, we recommend reviewing our ingredient list prior to purchase.

What is the shelf life for PetJoy products?

Our products come with a 2-year shelf life from the expiration date on the bottles (which is the ship by date). Because of all the antioxidants present in the product they will not spoil or go rancid as long as the containers are kept closed and are stored in a cool dry area. However, even past the 2-year timeframe, the products do not become stale or unusable; they may however, start to lose some of their potency.
